Rental Criteria

​Parkway Properties does not discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, familial status, or disability. The below rental requirements must be met by each applicant in order to be approved for Residency:

• Minimum 615 Credit Score

• At Least 2.5x Income to Rent

• No Criminal 

• No Bankruptcies or Evictions Within Last 7 years

$50 Non-Refundable Application fee for each person over the age of 18 residing in the unit. 

​

We do allow dogs, cats and other pets such as non aquarium frogs, trutles, lizards, hamsters and small domesticated birds. A $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee is required for each pet.
